Didn't dad make a last minute change to David A's music last week, which lengthened his song and cost AI a great deal of $$$$?

Davey A.'s dad added a line from Sean Kingston's song "Beautiful Girls" costing the producers of American Idol a lot of money because they didn't have the rights to it. He's now supposedly banned from the set. Apparently, he was also banned from the set of Star Search too, when Davey was on it.

Now I remember where I saw David A before! (It's been bothering me for weeks) When will these stage parents learn that all they are going to end up doing is cause problems for their kids later?

I feel bad for David A having a Dad that causes so much trouble. That can't be easy for him.

I can barely keep my eyes open. I just got home from much needed grocery shopping and have to leave soon to pick up my kids from school and head to their dentist appt. I discovered my cat's back leg is swollen and he can't put any weight on it. He cried when I tried to look at it. I will have to call the vet when I get back. Hopefully he will be ready to come inside by the time I come home. I went to let the puppies out and he ran out the door. I couldn't catch him. He is fast on 3 legs when he wants to be.

I gave up on AI after last season. I got tired of Paula's stupid crap every week and watching Seacrest wasn't exactly a day at the beach for me.

She hasn't been that bad this season since they moved to the big stage. She may have been given a warning about mixing alcohol with her pain killers.

Welllll, except for the week before last when she judged a song without Jason actually performing it. I think this shows they either judge based on the rehearsal or she's given what to say by the producers.

Hello ladies!

I'm back after a stint of end-of-semester paper carp and weekend wedding hoopla (not mine, I was the MOH).

I'm so very far behind, so if you don't mind, I'm just going to eeeaaaase back on in and not really review what I've missed. My subscriptions are out of control.
