I'm home today. Or at least, I got to work and then had to come home. Oh, the joys of having school aged children. Boo has a stomach virus. . .

Good morning ya'll. We have been blessed with two days of incredible weather. Yesterday was just.........awwwwwwwww. Today is going to be the same way. I have my french doors opened wide. I hope you all have a great day in front of you. creativeamanda......I hope Boo is feeling better today. One of my great nieces missed school the first part of this week as well. She also had a stomach bug. (Before ya'll say anything, Yes I have great nieces and nephews. I even have one great-great niece with my second one due in Nov. )

Sorry I didn't answer your question about earthquakes sooner. Yes we live on/or very near a fault line. Charleston was devastated by a major earthquake back in the late 1800's. With a quake/tremor you not only feel the earth move, but you hear a very loud boom as well. Sounds like a big explosion. I really don't think I could adjust to living in Calif. with what they deal with there.

Oooh!...we have the same "special" plans! I'm looking forward to it, though....nothing's been done around the house in terms of upkeep so it's just dying for attention.

We want to go to the water park on Saturday but I'm having my doubts on getting everyone up and moving in time (me especially!...). It's a 3-hr. drive so we'd have to leave early to make a day of it.

The armadillos are fine, still busy judging by the holes in my yard, and no, I don't think I'll be catching one anytime soon....

Scary about the fault line. Where I used to live in MA is also on a major fault line. I heard that it's actually bigger than San Andreas but just not nearly as active. We shook a couple of times when I was in college!

Surprise of surprises, we're heading to Disney this weekend. You can tell the blackout dates are over. This will be our first stay at Bay Lake Towers. We're heading up early on Saturday. We want to park at BLT and walk over for rope drop. We'll see if we can get up and out that early. We got a MK view room, so we'll watch Wishes from our balcony. I'll take plenty of pictures.

I am trying out the school's WI FI access card right now--it's nice. I can see it will be going with me to disney in december. DH borrowed it and it was evident that I was the first one to open the package and they've had these for a year (I think they have 10 or15 of them)
