Tag Fairy, you're so busted...

geffric I feel your pain! I too am "nekkid" with no tag other than the great Kenny Chesney quote that I supplied.

Alas, I have decided that perhaps I am not "colorful" enough on these boards for a nice, colored tag. That is o.k., I will be that much more excited when the day arrives that I see color!

These "tag fairy" comments are specially amusing to me today. We were out at the Oregon beach today and I visited the visitor's bureau to try to find a motel room for the night. The young lady at the desk was involved with a very intense phone conversation, assuring the person on the other end that the "float fairy" had indeed visited the beach. Evidently they want to encourage the old-fashioned beach combing of my youth, when beautiful glass floats used to be easily found after storms. So they have a designated "float fairy" whose job it is to seed the beaches with reproduction glass floats so that beach combers can still find them. I found this so amusing...and then saw all the pleas to our "tag fairy."

I hope the Tag Fairy seeds my DIS signature.

Oh my gosh!!!! I went to an outing with about 20 of my closest friends tonight and I come back and find out I have been TAGGED!!! Does life get any better than this? Just want to say I'm VERY impressed with the TF picking up on the whole RockinRollercoaster thing since it happened back in October. Tag fairy you never cease to amaze me...THANK YOU again! I am rolling on the floor laughing at this thread!!! I've been reading this forum for a while now but don't post much so I never thought I was "worthy" of a tag. I'm really involved in the PassPorter Forum and I am SO jealous that we don't have a Tag Fairy!! (And yes, I suppose that was a blatant suck-up to the Tag Fairy. )

I noticed that you sorta need alot of posts to get a tag. Well I think if you forget your password and you have to change it which I have had to do about 3 times maybe more. If my head was not attached I think I would forget to take it with me. Your post start over at least mine did. I have been on these boards for about 2 years now but have small amount of posts. I am almost positive I have posted more that what is there. I know I am whining. I didn't think not having a tag would bother me but it does WHAAA!!!! I do believe in the Tag Fairy. balamav- I don't think the number of posts or the amount of time you are here make a difference in getting a tag.
I have been posting only a few weeks and have relatively low numbers of posts and I got 2 tags on the weekends.
I am not sure how the Tag Fairy decides who to bestow their tags on but I am grateful to the Tag Fairy for noticing ME!!

It's good to know you don't have to talk alot to get a tag. I read a lot but post a little. Maybe some day soon I too will be lucky enough to be tagged!!! Hi tag fairy it's me!!

I am glad to hear that. I didn't look at everyones posts but most are people who post alot. Congrats on your tags you are lucky. I hope the tag fairy finds me too. I read alot of posts too but sometimes I don't respond because someone else replys exactly what I am thinking before I can write it down. This board is my favorite place. Everyone here are really special you can tell by when people are going through alot or have illnesses. People truly do care. There are really still great people around in the world. Thank you all. (Even if I don't get a TAG) HAHAHA
