Tag Fairy Question

I'm sure I'll get flamed for asking this, since it seems to be a sensitive topic, but....

How do you get tagged? :confused:

Do you have to say something funny, cause I may be out of luck.

I'm starting to feel unloved....I guess I'll go to the garden and eat some worms! :charac2:

The tag fairy usually finds something you say, takes it out of context, and puts it above the picture thing on the side. Other times they will take something you say and change it a bit. THat's what they did with mine.
And I didn't get tagged until I had about 600 posts. Some people with thousands of posts have never been tagged. You're not alone.

I am assuming it is a random thing. I have been around for years and never been tagged. Of course I do not post tons, I am more a reader than a poster.

There are plenty of us around here without tags

I just got tagged. I've been here for about 10 months and had about 1000 posts. I guess patience is something you have to have with the tag fairys. When you finally get tagged, you will be thrilled and delighted as its totally unexpected.

If you want to be tagged, you need to say the following three times fast:

"I am not the fairy tagger nor the fairy taggers son,
but I'll tag dis posters until the fairy tagger comes"

If that doesn't work, email me in the morning. :wave:

Don't expect to get tagged. Like what was said it might be something that you said gets you tagged. As you see I have several and it was all from posts that I've responded to or things that have happened in the parks with other DIS'ers present. I might be careful you might turn into a bird or something like that with the commend of going to the garden and eating worms.

I even answered a thread a long time ago about whether or not I believed in the tag fairy and *clapped* many many times, but cannot or did not get a tag. I just keep trying to be helpful in my posts, but I think I need to discover "witty" to make the grade.

That's ok, I still wear my "Believe in Pixies" t-shirt and my Tinkerbell pins, clothes, etc. :wizard:

I got tagged when I posted on the Community Board about all the wonderful things my boyfriend did for my on my birthday, including getting me a Mickey watch that's not made anymore!!!

I think the fairy sees things that strike her as funny or sweet, and that's who she tags.

Oh, that is just too hysterical, a couple of weeks ago, I was reading a post that someone had written because they were so happy they'd just been tagged. I had just heard that children's song "Nobody likes me, Everybody Hates Me" that day at work (I work at a daycare). I started feeling a little sorry for myself since I've never been tagged :charac2:

and couldn't resist the urge, so I burst into song - "Nobody likes me, everybody hates me! I guess I'll go eat worms!" So don't worry, you're not alone in the garden with your worm feast :teeth:

It just stopped raining at my house and it cleared up really quickly so it's now all sunny and pretty. For some reason, that makes me extremely hyper, so I'm ROFL at every little thing. Sorry for the really really stupid post! :crazy:

My mom was talking about what movies to watch tonight, and I suggested the new (sorta...) Disney Vacation Planning DVD. Why? Because I felt like getting 'disnified' and getting tears in my eyes.
