If you had to pick a beginner Tae Bo what would it/they be? Then, what would qualify as an intermediate and advance level? I prefer not to use bands, the ball, or weights. Hope that doesn't elimate a bulk of BB's dvds'.

I'm interested in Tae Bo, but am not sure where to start.

I look forward to all of your suggestions.

I forsee torture ahead. I went ahead and ordered the four dvd pack Tae Bo Boot camp kit today. It's b/o so hopefully I'll get it soon. This is where I got it and my other exercise dvds'. Low prices and free shipping! whoohoo!

I am a huge TaeBo fan! I started out with just the "TaeBo Basic". It was very helpful and shows you how to do most of the basic moves. I am now doing the Get Ripped Advanced and it is an excellent, fast moving, sweat dripping workout (60 minutes long!).

I haven't done Boot Camp but have heard good things about it. I believe it uses resistance bands though. Good luck! I have seen amazing results with TaeBo - and I think it is fun.
