Where in Downtown Disney do you purchase the Tables in Wonderland dining card?

At Guest Services. The one I can explain the easiest is inside the building that holds the athletic shop and Arribas Brothers and is located between those two shops.
The other one is a free standing building near what was Pleasure Island.
