I have searched but haven't seen a definitive answer. If I, as an AP holder, were to purchase a Tables in Wonderland card and wanted a second card for someone else, would that person also have to be AP/DVC/Florida resident?

Hmm good question. The website only says it has to be a spouse or partner. It doesnt specify that they need to be AP/DVC/ or Florida Resident. I would contact them to find out for sure. I know when we got 2 last year due to extended family coming along for 2 of our 3 trips, my wife did have to show her DVC card with her ID for the 2nd card.

NO. They have to have the same address. I have had TiW for years. When my DD was doing the DCP for a year, I purchased her a "partner" card for the $50. They asked for her ID to verify we lived at the same address. She was not a FL Resident, DVC or AP holder (she's never had an AP).
