Tables in Wonderland - Resort Mugs

Hello! Quick question, I know Tables in Wonderland does not include merch, but are the refillable mugs at the Value resorts (where the TiWL works at the quick service locations) eligible for this discount?

I cannot speak for the value resorts, but I did get the discount on the mug with TIW at SSR where TIW works at their QS.

Not recent, but I got a TIW discount on my mug at Landscape of Flavors at Art of Animation a few years ago.

On the resort mug "sticky" thread on the Resorts forum a recent discussion seems to state pretty strongly that *recent* attempts to get the TIW discount on it aren't working.
