Can you fill me in on the cost and what sort of restauants are included?

Also, can I pick one up at Epcot guest relations?

You need to be either a Florida resident and the cost is $100 or an Annual Pass holder and the cost is $75 for a year.
If you meet this criteria it can be purchassed at Guest Relations at all the parks and in DTD.
