Well I hope someone can direct me who to go to. There is a large group of friends traveling on the "special" July 22, 2006 Magic. All total as of right now there are 12 of us, 8 adults 4 older children(youngest will be 9).
Are there tables for 12? Three familes booked through DU and 1 through Disney directly, all have early dinner seating.
Does anyone know who we could contact to try to arrange a table for 12, or at least a table for 4(kids) and a table for 8 next to each other?

We are all so excited and really want to sit with each other at dinner.

I believe you can call (or have your travel agent call) and link the four reservations together. Collect the various confirmation numbers so that the reservations cast member you speak with can call them all up.

I'm almost positive that there are tables for 12 in the dining room. I think I've even heard of a table for 14 once. The largest I've personally been seated at was a table for 10, but that had a bit of extra room and I imagine it could have held 12.

Hope this helps.

Thank you for the info..I am going to get everyone's info and link them now...
Only 18 months to go!

Don't be surprised if it's slightly smaller than you would expect, especially with 4 kids in your party. We had a party of 9, with 3 children, including one in a high chair. We were given a table for 8, with the high chair pulled up to the end, which is a big non-starter when eating with a toddler with a reach well past my plate when I'm sitting next to him/on top of him. I politely complained to the head server and we were given a larger table for that night. We rarely had all 9 for dinner since the kids headed for the clubs most nights, but on the three nights we did eat together it would have been TIGHT had we not been accommodated. (So, a positive vote for the Service, since they went above and beyond to help us out, but generally speaking, I think they might crowd large parties a bit.....)

We had a group of 11 last year and they sat us at a table big enough for 12 (including 4 small children). :D Just make sure your ressies are linked.

Don't be surprised if people have different table #s on their KTTW card. I kind of freaked out when I saw that I had table 40 and my parents were at 41. Turns our that they just pushed the two tables together.

I know that there are tables for 4, 8, 10 and 14. We've sat at tables for 8 and 14 and the 14 with 5 families was by far the most fun (none of the families knew each other before hand). But that is a HUGE table
