I am sorry this will probably be long. My travel agent was great in the beginning but towards the end has been awful! I have emailed her multiple time and have gotten no response. The first issue was we are 23 days out and haven't gotten out Magical express tags, so I called ME and they tell me it was never added! Even though she told me twice she had added it already. Well 3 weeks ago i emailed her ( I called but of course she was on vacation) about adding memory maker with some gift card i had. No response at all so last week I called Disney and added memory maker myself. Well today I have a charge on my bank acct from Disney for 169! When I looked at my Disney experience it now says I have 2 memory makers! I'm guessing she added it today and charged my card on file( even though it clearly states I was planning on using gift cards)Well of course I call her and she was only there today for half a day and they weren't sure if shed be in tomorrow. What would you do? Is there a way to remove her without rebooking? I'm just so frustrated that she isn't even communicating.
