TA problems??

I am sorry this will probably be long. My travel agent was great in the beginning but towards the end has been awful! I have emailed her multiple time and have gotten no response. The first issue was we are 23 days out and haven't gotten out Magical express tags, so I called ME and they tell me it was never added! Even though she told me twice she had added it already. Well 3 weeks ago i emailed her ( I called but of course she was on vacation) about adding memory maker with some gift card i had. No response at all so last week I called Disney and added memory maker myself. Well today I have a charge on my bank acct from Disney for 169! When I looked at my Disney experience it now says I have 2 memory makers! I'm guessing she added it today and charged my card on file( even though it clearly states I was planning on using gift cards)Well of course I call her and she was only there today for half a day and they weren't sure if shed be in tomorrow. What would you do? Is there a way to remove her without rebooking? I'm just so frustrated that she isn't even communicating.

Contact her manager.
 
There really isn't anything you can do except as a PP said, contact the manager and ask to be reassigned. Hopefully someone else in the agency is better. I tried out a new TA a few years back for a large agency recommended in another big Disney site. She wasn't a nightmare, per se, but she also took forever to get back to me, gave me inaccurate info, and clearly could have cared less. There are just too many options out there to put up with a lousy TA. I wish I had contacted my TAs manager, and if I could do it over absolutely would. You definitely don't want this person to be your only hope of help if, god forbid, you arrive at WDW and things go wrong.

As the other PP's mentioned, contact the manager/owner of the agency and ask to be assigned to another TA. Let them know specifics of what has happened. ME was bad enough, but the TA also made an unauthorized charge to your CC - not good.

Did the ME rep take your flight info? Hopefully, yes. In regard to Memory Maker, you should be able to get a refund for one of the Memory Makers. Call Disney and explain the situation. They will be able to see that you have two MM's in your MDE account. I had a situation last year where Memory Maker was purchased and then it was offered as a perk with an AP discount resort booking. I called Disney and they refunded the pre-purchased Memory Maker.
