Anyone else booked through a TA but reservation isn't showing on your account yet? Its only been 3 days so not ages just wondering if anyone knows how long it normally takes? I have seen the booking form but I like seeing it online too.

Ask the TA for the DCL confirmation #?
Thanks. As said I've got that but can't see how I add it. It should automatically come over surely? The only option is to add someone elses reservation so that you can plan things together not to add your own

It should automatically come on its own if the TA and Disney spelled your name exactly the way you have it in MDE.

Ah OK makes sense thanks! I'll add them :D I assumed that the adding thing you could only do if its someone elses Thanks :D

When I log in to DCL on my computer, I see a link in the middle that says "Add Reservations"--does that show for you? Not sure if it only shows for me because I have an existing reservation...

In my DU reservation, it says I cannot book, well, much of anything, until my balance is paid in full. Seeing that my balance isn't due until October, I'm guessing my reservation won't be put into the Cruise Line system until then.

When I did mine last month there was an issue with one of the birthdays. I asked her about it and she fixed it with Disney. After that it popped right up. Weird thing is I could find the reservation for my daughter and I but not my parents. I am thinking it was because they were new in the system and they were able to just look us up.

It won't automatically add to your MDE account though. You'll need to click the "Add Reservation" button and put in your info. After that it will be locked in as long as they have your name and DOB in there right.

You should be able to look it up on the DCL site using the DCL Reservation number, your name and date of birth. My DU reservation says the same as yours but I was still able to link it to my Disney login using that info. Only pain is that it doesn't show a balance due on the Disney site. I'm guessing when I pay the balance that will show as paid in full and then more options available like normal when the activity booking opens up in August.

Thanks all. I've managed to add two out of the three yesterday but one is playing up so have emailed TA to check on :D Also site seems to be glitching this morning as its having trouble finding them this morning but they were there yesterday

I use DU and my reservations show immediately after I pay my initial deposit. Same for my daughter.

Yeah, nothing for me. I sent an email to DU asking about it. I also haven't heard from my travel agent since I paid the initial deposit. (I didn't include that part in the email). I wonder if I entered my birth date wrong though...

That's frustrating to be sure. I had a similar problem initially because my parents weren't in the Disney system already and it turned out one of their birth dates was wrong so hopefully that it all it is. I had a delay in hearing back from my TA last week but I chalked that up to them being extra busy with the latest round of cancellations being announced. She finally got back to me on Monday and had everything taken care of that day and it's good now. Maybe send them another note to check on it as your last note could be buried in their inbox.

If you're a new Disney cruiser, and you have not given your TA your correct dates of birth, then you won't be able to pull up or link your reservation.

I did hear back from her this afternoon. I guess my DOB wasn't required in the initial reservation, so she asked for birthdates of everyone in the party. So hopefully tomorrow I'll be able to pull it up.
I know my cruise is over 200 days away but the trip planner in me is chomping at the bit like this is a WDW vacation. :rotfl:
