T-shirt transfers

Has anyone got enough experience with making your own t-shirt transfers to know which ones work best? I've used some before that just went to pieces within a couple of hours and I don't like how the edges of a lot of them show so much on the shirt. Does anyone have any advice? I may post on the Creative board too. Thanks!

I don't have the answers, but lots of threads about this in the Just For Fun, DISsigns board. Lots of awesome designers creating cool images for tshirts - good advice about shirts and iron-ons.
