t-shirt question for those who just got back

I posted a while ago about how to go about getting mactching t-shirts for our family of 10. I got some good ideas, but, here is the problem

1. The Disney Store.com does not have any children sizes left of the "Make Your Own T-shirts" left. We will have 4 boys with us.

2. The Grand Gathering t-shirt info. I collected was a bust. It took about 4 phone calls to speak to someone who knew what she was talking about and then she told me the computer says the T-shirts are liquidated and no sizes I need are available. UGH!!

At this point I'm kicking myself for not purchasing the t-shirts way back when, when my Dad said go ahead and do it. I was worried the boys would have a hugh growth spurt and not fit into them when it was time to go.

3. We've looked around at the local Disney stores and can't find matching shirts.

Well, here is my question:
1. Does anyone have any ideas?
and
2. Are there a lot of cool matching t-shirts down in the parks now as we speak? Would they match in toddler sizes up to XXL.

We are a family of 10 and wanted to match for our MK day which will include our Character Breakfast and probably a Gift Of A Lifetime event for our parents. I jsut want to be Goofy on this day and match.

i was there in july and usually they make the theme shirt of the year in every size. it will probably say "Where The Magic Lives" on it. i also saw this past year a family that all wore a bright yellow shirt in whatever style they preferred(tank tops, tees, camis...) and the had a disney patch on them. the girls had on one of the 7 dwarfs, the parents were mickey and minnie and so on. it was really cute and orginal. hope this helps!

We just got back on Sunday. They have several matching shirts available. The ones that stand out in my head were royal blue or grey shirt with Disney 2004 on it. I would reccomend looking at the World of Disney at DTD. They have a huge selection.

When my whole family went, I made matching t-shirts for us. I got everyone's size, a VERY nice DISer layed out a nice graphic for me, and I printed them out, and ironed them on. They came out great. I have made many, many t-shirts since then for our trips to WDW.

I just used some iron-ons recently and they came out great and the best thing was they were completely personal. I don't recommend zazzle though. I had a terrible experience with them and they still owe me $50 that I now believe I'll never see.
