T-shirt Design

I need your help in creating a t-shirt for our upcoming trip to the World.

I am traveling with my DF and our best friends. We have a nickname that we all call each other but shorten it to initials.

This is what I am looking for:
The castle with Disney 2011 underneath (small logo think something to put on a tshirt pocket)

Filled Letters we are looking for the following: these would go on the sleeve of the t-shirt
Haunted Mansion theme - MWP
Muppets theme - PCWP
Maleficent theme - AWP
toy story theme- WPIT
Pirates theme - WPC
Fab5 theme -WPM


Is this something someone could help me with?
