I am going to the World in December and am wondering if it is included in the dining plan.

Can you make Reservations for the Restaurant?

Not at this time. T-Rex says at this point that they will start accepting reservations in January 2009. They have not given a specific date. You will not be able to make reservations through Disney but will need to call the restaurant directly.
