T-Rex on Dining plan

I know I see that T-rex in Disney Springs is a part of the dining plan for 2016, however when I go to book it for January 2017 it says that it does not accept DDP? Is it possible that they could be opting out of the DDP?

I believe restaurants with 3rd-party ownership don't often get added until closer to the new year. Something to do with contract negotiation I'm sure since not all restaurants on Disney property are owned by Disney

T-REX is owned by Landry's. They will be added (or not) to DDP after contract negotiations in December.
