T-Rex Landry's Card Seating for larger group...

We have 2 groups traveling together (party of 5 and party of 6) and both groups have a Landry's card... anyone have success being seated together using the priority seating? I know priority seating is for groups of 6 or less and whether or not they could accommodate us would likely depend on a number of factors, but I was wondering if anyone has done this? Thanks in advance!

I haven’t been with a large group but if you know when you want to go, may I recommend you call and make a reservation directly with T-Rex. That always worked well for us. You may want to mention your Landry’s card, it can only help.

We've always had success calling T-Rex directly, but I called yesterday and they said they are no longer taking direct reservations. All reservations are going through Disney.

I called and spoke to a manager about my group of 10 recently. They confirmed that they're no longer doing direct reservations but that we could use our two Landry's cards to get priority seating for a group of 6 and a group of 4. They said that they likely would be able to seat us near each other, but not at the same table--apparently, their largest table seats 8.

I used one Landry card to seat 13 pre-Covid. They sat us at 2 tables back to back. I never knew there was a limit. I’ll have 7 in June and I plan on using my card.

Thanks… with a group of 11 we’ve assumed we won’t be at the same table often, but next to each other would be great!

We received our Landrys Select Card in the mail today, and I immediately called T-Rex Cafe to request a reservation for six on a Friday night. I did have to provide our card number & name, and we were given a 7:45 pm reservation. So happy that I read about getting the card.
