T Rex and Rainforest Cafe $.99 kids meal

Just wondering
Saw people posting about the $0.99 kids meals and coupons etc. went to RC's website and found I could download/print rewards charts to fill in and bring in for a kids meal. I love the idea of the kids reading every day to get this. But my problem is this....
The charts all expired end of 2011.
Am I looking in the wrong place? or has this promotion ended?
The kids would LOVE to go to TRex or RC

Any info would be greatly appreciated.

The reading certificate is still good through the end of 2012 unless it's changed since I printed last month.

They had these last year and yes we used them at both RFC and T-Rex with no problem.

Interesting! If I go to their website today....and click on the kids corner tab, no more certificates.

But If i use the link above, it shows 4 certificates, but the only one valid till end of 2012 is the reading one.

Wonder if they are getting rid of the .99 cent meal promotion.

I noticed in the fine print on the bottom of the page you print out it says you can only use a max. of 2 per table...Just an FYI

I don't think there is any limit on these. We used something similar with DD when she was six and was never questioned but we easily spent 20 minutes reading together at that age so that's what I would have told them.

It says to fill these out for the month and then use at the end of the month. We go in Oct. -but if we do Sept for the reading they would take it the next month right?

I can't imagine there would be a problem. DGS will turn 11 that week but we'll squeek by just a bit.

We used a similar RF chart last year at DTD-DL for two kids and it sure helped with the bill!

Do you think this is valid is you read WITH your child...as in my littlest is 4 and is only starting to recognize certain words so isn't reading alot?

Just wanted to add that the fine print said the same thing last year. We had a larger party going with 3 kids and 5 adults. I asked as soon as we got there if we needed to be seated at separate tables in order to use all 3 coupons, and our waitress said we could all stay at the same table and it wouldn't be a problem. We did the same at T-Rex with the same results, so if you have more than 2 kids at the table and at least 2 adults (so you could technically sit at 2 tables if needed,) I'd ask ahead of time to make sure you can use as many as you need to.

This is absolutely valid for children who are too young to read themselves, I used this last month for my four year old at T-Rex. Just fill out the form as you read to them throughout the month.
