No, the top floor (level 10) is Bar Helios. The 9th floor is Club level. If you want a guaranteed highest floor park view, you have to book a "park-view room, Club Level".

Our room was on the 5th floor. This was the view:

It already looked fairly high up. I personally would prefer to be on lower levels.

I just looked at Helios pricing for the end of next month and all the 2QB rooms have the same cost under the AP rate. A park view room costs the same as a parking lot view. Strange.

This happened when I booked for my trip in August. I got the view obviously... and not sure I can ever go to that hotel without it now.

Check this out! For the same night, you can get a standard view for $400, or add another $10 to get a Park View Club Level.

Are we able to pick up our Annual Passes at Helios? Or at least at Epic Universe?

We won't be near CityWalk or the other two parks for the first few days of our trip. We would like to use the APs for food and merch discounts at Epic (I read we can use the AP discounts at Epic.

Yes, the ticket counter is in the lobby, next to Flora Taverna. I just renewed some annual passes there recently.

Does anyone know if Helios is decorated for Halloween? I've seen photos online of other Universal resorts that have been decorated, but nothing for Helios or the other two Epic resorts. One of my kids is extra sensitive to creepy/horror type decor...

Just stayed 5 nights at Helios. I really love the convenience of this hotel for Epic Universe.

For our 1st and 2nd visit to Helios, we stayed in a standard view and a park view room, respectively.

For this trip, I booked a pool view room and this was the view:

I will book a Skyline view for our next trip to complete the View category.

I do not! We stayed during the previews and there was construction so I didn't take pictures. The room had the same skyline view as the pool-view rooms, but if you look down you would see a parking structure instead of the pool.

Found this picture online. The pool views are on the lower right of the pic, whereas the standard views are on the side closest to the parking structure.

There is a ticket counter in the hotel. You can have the AP printed there if necessary.
I don't think I've ever been asked to show the AP, and we've been going for a long time.

You are able to receive the benefits for your Annual Passes at Universal Orlando Resort once the pass is activated at the park. Activation occurs during the first entry through a turnstile, and the benefits are available throughout the validity of the pass.

To receive any discounts during your stay, you would need to enter into Island's of Adventure or Universal Studios Florida first.

I have a trip planned for late January at Helios and I have a question about the water fountain show.
What are the good places to watch this from at Helios? I’d like to see it on check in day from the hotel (no park entry). I was considering the bar but I have no idea what time to make a reservation since I can’t find when the show happens.
In pictures it looks like there is a balcony from Helios lobby. Can we go there to watch the water fountain?

The open-air balcony from Helios lobby or the enclosed balcony from Bar Helios. When I say enclosed, I really mean they have glass almost to the ceiling.

I was considering the bar but I have no idea what time to make a reservation since I can’t find when the show happens.

The show starts at park closing. The hours should be posted on their website.
