Anyone have it? I was thinking about ditching my landline phone (we have Vonage right now), but then i heard about this TMobile at home thing and i think it might be a good solution for me. We already use TMobile for our cell phones, so it should only be $10 a month more to add the home option (I think). So, I thought I"d check here for any pros/cons/reviews etc. Anyone know about it? Thanks!

hmmm..perhaps I'll have to be the guinea pig for this one. I may just try it!

We use it! :goodvibes So far it has been great, no problems. The biggest negative was that we had to change our phone number that we've had for years and years. Otherwise, cheap and great service!

I started using this last year in October and love it. No problems and love that it is only $10 a month. Go for it!

So, I don't get to keep my home number with this? Bummer!

We have a magicjack, but my husband and I each got a BlackBerry a few months ago and we're doing the unlimited hotspot@home for $10 a month, which is a different @home product.

It's really cool, our cell phones can make calls over wifi (anywhere, not just at home) and all minutes used are free. We don't have a data plan - you can get the BlackBerry Pearl Flip 8220 free at Walmart for a contract extension. That's the only BlackBerry that doesn't require a data plan now. There are a few other types of phones that can make calls over wifi too.

I had previously ported our "home" number to my cell phone prior to getting the magicjack so now I can answer my cell phone at home and not worry about using minutes.

Also kept our home phone number, no problem.

I will say that the system is not without flaws. We've had it for a while now and have gone through an upgrade. It will very rarely just shut down, but a simple reboot solves the issue. Don't know why, but it does. For $10 a month, I will not complain!

We switched a couple of months ago and I am very happy with it. We also got a $135 loyalty credit which paid for the modem and several months of service. I love having my wireless access to my netbook.

BONUS! I sent DH to Sam's to check out the selection of wireless handset phones so we could have phones all over the house with the new service. Well, he found a nice set of phones for $80 and he stopped at the TMobile kiosk there and they sell the routers there for only $10! They were $40 at the regular T-Mobile store. Sweet! So, we got the router and four phones for $90! buh-bye, Vonage!
