I was there yesterday. It was pretty crazy. Touring Plans updated and said it was a “10.”
We were at Magic Kingdom and had a PPO at BOG. After waiting thirty minutes in a line on the bridge they told us that the entire dining plan and billing system was down. They were manually writing each persons room number and info if they needed to use credits. They were passing out pastries. At 8:50 my son and I went and got in line for 7DMT and were going to go back in line at BOG after we rode. The line was then informed that mine train was doing a “delayed” opening (basically it was down). We went back in line but a cast member was telling people they didn’t know how long it would take and if we wanted to leave we could. We chose to, as we were only doing 1/2 day before heading home. By lunchtime it was working, but slowly. It would take maybe 45-60 seconds to process a charge. This meant lines for EVERY dining location, snack cart, gift shop etc backed up. Add that to the level 10 crowd and it was pretty awful.
I haven’t updated my app, but we were able to get fourth fast passes on all park days, with the exception of yesterday when we didn’t even attempt it.
