system is buggy again

I just made a new reservation and cancelled another dining retaurant that it replaces got confirmation emails of both occuring but the page still has the old reservation and wont let me cancel again nor bring up the new reservation. What gives? Anyone else had this problem before?
 
I just made a reservation and when I went back to cancel one I seen that the new one isn't there.

I didn't get an email confirmation for the new one either.

I am having the same issue. I had cancelled a reservation early this morning, and it still shows up under my dining reservations. The worst part is I cancelled one ADR to obtain another and lost that because it would not let me book another ADR saying that my cancelled ADR was STILL a reservation. I spoke with IT a short time ago, and they are not sure when it will clear up. They were making "system enhancements". You will need to call to make an ADR if you see one available. I cancelled another a short time ago, and its the same issue.

Try looking under My itinerary, it shows my reservations correctly as it stands, perhaps you will see the new reservation.
 
call the support number (407) 939-4357 option 3 and let them know that your My Disney Experience is not showing the correct information
If there is a glitch they should be able to fix it

I had mine fixed through them when the same thing happened to me
 

whew I am glad its not just me and its something they are aware of seems to have fixed this morning though

Thank you ... I called twice they can't seem to fix it and it's baffled them. I'm going to try email next. This really is a problem I have a 7:30 ADR I was hoping to move up but I can't if this is still in the system. So frustrating!
