System Down

I just called to see about reservations and was told the system was down. They told me to call back this afternoon. Is anyone else hearing this?

I called right at 6:00am when CRO opened. By the time I got through and added free dining it was 8:05am when I hung up.

My sister (who lives in another state) was also on hold, with no luck getting through before needing to leave for work, so I asked the CM if I could add it for them (sister and BIL). He told me no, they need to do it themselves.

Needless to say, for the next two hours all we've gotten was "All circuits are busy" until 30 minutes ago when we did get threw to be told "The system is down, try back in one to two hours". So frustrating.

I just booked online with no problem. Much easier to do than waiting on hold.

I just called, and they said the system was down for upgrades and to call back this afternoon.

Just went down at 12:25 will let you guys know when there back up and running

I just called too to check on my ressie from earlier this morning b/c of a concern I have and they can't access anything. I was told it would be up to 4 hours before it's back up!!!!
