Symphony Dress Code?

Tonight I'm going to the Atlanta Symphony Orchestra: Disney in Concert – Magical Music from the Movies concert at the Verizon Amphitheater in Alpharetta, GA. My question is, does anybody have any thoughts on the proper attire for an outside symphony concert with a family (i.e.: Disney) theme. I'm assuming this would be a somewhat casual affair. Even though our seats are covered, I'm sure it will be warm. I would like to wear shorts and nice golf/polo style shirt.

What do you think?

An outdoor event would definitely be less dressy than one in a concert hall. I think a nice pair of short and polo would be fine.

Our orchestra does an outdoor concert series, Picnic with the Pops, and it's definitely very casual (all lawn seats). Since yours appears to be in an amphitheater with real seats, I'd probably dress up a little -- but nice shorts and a nice shirt would be fine, I'd think.

We saw this show with Orchestra Kentucky...but it was at a local high school's new auditorium.

OT, but I really, really enjoyed it!! Plus the tickets were only $5 per person!!
