Sword in the Stone

Ok, I have been faithfully watching the Sword in the Stone schedule for the last 2 months on the Steve Soares website. It never had any changes untill last week. So, I waited till this morning to see if it changed again (I wanted to take my 2 DS for a chance to pull the Sword). Guess what, it's not even on the schedule this coming week. I am so hoping that he just inadvertently forgot to put it on.( I have sent him an email regarding this) Is it normal for this sideshow to take a break for a whole week. I had noticed last week, there were only 2 days that they did this show.

I don't think that they do it that often...in fact, in the many, many times I have been to MK, I have never seen it!

I've only seen it once--in 2004. Now, its possible that we have just missed it every other time we've been there, but I highly doubt it. I wonder how often they actually DO it? If they do go by the schedule, I sure have awful luck because I've missed it many times over!!

They were doing it when we were there in May. As a matter of fact, my son was chosen to pull the sword out. Here's a pic of King Sage, Temporary Ruler of the Realm.

I hope they decide to put it on while you are there. It was great fun for Sage.

Oh, curses!!!! I noticed it went down to two days a week (also watching that schedule) but I hadn't seen it disappear entirely -haven't checked the schedule yet for this week. My (supposedly grown-up) DH really wanted to see it. Rats!

Just got an email back from the site and they say that it won't be on this week.
Here's hoping it will be back the next week.
