swoop airline

any one flown with this airline? we usually fly with southwest or jetblue out of Buffalo , have flown with west jet out of Hamilton as well but don't see Hamilton flights at this point. Have heard a lot of negative on swoop any positive feedback? Hamilton would be my number 1 choice to fly from and if not there Buffalo not interested in any flights from Toronto as I don't like flying out of there.

wow think I may stick to buffalo never had any issues with southwest or jetblue on the many flights we have used on these two airlines. A flight delayed wouldn't bother me but cancelled is another story

I have flown both swoop and southwest. Swoop was fine for what it is. No frills. One of my suitcases was damaged but they replaced it quickly. I prefer southwest only because I get 2 free bags, I can send my luggage on the magical express and I have more times to choose from.

I wouldn't. If you asked me three months ago, I would have booked it in a heartbeat. Then I had two friends show up to the airport to leave on their flight and was told it was cancelled. Never sent them so much as a notification. They were offered seats on the same flight THREE days later, or to pay the TODAY's fare and take a similar itinerary with West Jet.

Flew swoop round trip Hamilton-Orlando end of January and both flights were delayed. Remember you will have to clear customs in Orlando which takes time. But saying this I would fly again if I got the same price of $190 rt.
