switching to evening entertainment package

Does anyone know if you can switch a reservation to a package if you call in? In my case, I want to switch my Tiffins reservation to the rivers of light package. Thanks!

As long as they have seats available in the ROL theater for the package they should have no problem switching it for you if you call in. Did you look online to see if there was anything available for the date you want?

Oh perfect that’s good to know. It wouldn’t show me for my date because I already had a reservation. It only said to call to book

Were you looking on the App? Dining with show packages can't be booked on the app, they only show up on the website. There isn't a guarantee that they can switch it for you but if the package shows availability for any AK restaurant for that day during any meal period that means they still have space in the theater. If they have multiple showings of ROL on the same day there may be availability for one show but not the other and there is a specific time frame they want you to eat by in order to be eligible for the ROL Package. If there are no open reservations at the restaurant you choose it won't show any availability for the ROL package at that restaurant either.

It should still show times even if you already have an reservation. I had the "call to book" issue for a while, but lots of times randomly showed up for the date I wanted yesterday. I'd been checking every few days for months.
