Switching to AKV at 7 month window in April

Now that Kidani is open do you guys think it effects availability at the 7 month window for non owners ? DD and I have a studio booked at OKW for the third week in April,but she LOVES AKV, and would be thrilled if we could stay there. I'm going to try to get a value or standard studio at the 7 month window anyway, but just wondering what the opinions are.....TIA

There are no value rooms in Kidani. AKV is not a fully tested resort yet for which you can say there is any reliable pattern (and likely won't have any clear one for a couple years). Nevertheless, it is the third largest resort (behind SSR and OKW) and those are usually available for that week 7 months out when it is not an Easter week; best guess is that likely AKV will also be. More important is whether you will be able to get value (small number of rooms in Jambo) or standard (only about 17% of all rooms in entire resort). I would say that is more questionable (particularly for value) at 7 months out.

My guess is that you'll be able to get a standard view studio, at 7 months out. Here's hoping you do!
