switching rooms question

We are renting a studio at OKW. The owner phone in the resevation and OKW had 4 of our 5 nights in a studio near the main building but 1 night is not available. How do we move our stuff because we might not have a car? Will Disney move our stuff? I dont won't to drag the kids away from the parks to move studios.

Ok, a little more info is needed, but yes Disney will help you move.

Question where are you moving from and to?

If you are moving from OKW to another Disney resort at WDW, Bell Services will transfer your luggage. Tell them that you want a transfer when you check out. They will give you a transfer claim check.

Your luggage will be transfered around 3:00 PM. Pack a day bag of the things that you may need prior to your luggage being delivered to your new room.

You will need to check out at 11 AM and check in at 4:00 PM, maybe sooner if the room is ready. Call Bell Services and have them hold your luggage until your room is ready. You are expected to tip. You might still need a day bag.

Personally it would not be worth the hassle of moving for that especially since you are only going to be there 5 nights.

I would want to get settled and stay there. But as stated Disney will help you if need it. You will have to pack up, call them, put your things in storage, come back later and check in.
