Switching Resorts - Ticket Question

DW and I are taking both sets of In-laws with us in December for our DD first trip to WDW. We are starting out the trip in a GV at SSR and then switching mid-trip to a GV at OKW. DW and I have always traveled with APs so we are not sure how to handle the tickets for the In-laws during the transfer. Being that we are transferring to another Disney resort, will we still be able to purchase the tickets for the 9 days and then they will transfer to the new room keys when we move resorts?
