Switching resort questions

Hi,

We have decided to fly in the night before our original disney vacation, my sister is able to get us 2 rooms at the All Star for 1 night with the disney magical express (through AMEX, our original trip is through disney direct) so I have a couple questions

Will Disney move our luggage from All Star to our 2BR villa at Old Key west?

What is the usual checkout time at All Star, is it possible to get a later checkout?

Any other advice or tips for anyone who has switched resorts before?

I believe that Disney will transport your luggage to your next resort. Check out time is like any other hotel time, 11:00 a.m. and yes, they will allow a late checkout, if there is no one scheduled to take your room. I've never had a problem with a late checkout at any of the Disney hotels. Just let them know at check in.

Yes, bell services will move your luggage to OKW. Be aware however, that you will not receive your bags at OKW until 3:00 or so.
