Switching parks and fast passes for next week .....

Due to the crowd calendars and reports that its been very crowded, I'm thinking about switching my park days for next week .... yes next week. Right now I'm scheduled to do Epcot on Tues 27th (party day at MK which we are attending) and MK on Wed 28th .... reds all over the board...... if I switch parks I'll lose all my fast passes and dining ressies since I'm guessing my chances of finding fps for the big rides are way gone ..... not really concerned with dining, but afraid if I give up my fp I won't be able to get any new ones ... am I out of luck?

Now seriously conflicted! If wait times/crowds are horrible at MK, it'll be a frustrating day, so do I deal with no fast passes and hope the test track and soarin lines are ok and then the same with MK -- 7ds with no fast pass??? ... or do I stick with my plans ???

You can look to change but I would seriously doubt you'd save much time by switching. It's not like one park is going to be super crowded while another is empty (unless there is something going on that I don't know about). A good touring strategy is going to be more successful than low crowds, I would think.

Nothing much you can do about "fixing" all of it, now.
I'd just go with your original plans and allow a bit of extra time (get up earlier, etc.)
and have FUN!

Thank you for your advice .... too chicken to pull the trigger and cancel my existing fps ... so gonna roll with it and have a good time, crowds and all

I wouldn't switch it. As long as you expect crowds then you can manage your time to get done what you need. However, if you are still thinking about changing you can use this link http://www.thedibb.co.uk/forums/fastpass_plus_availability.php It will show you what FP+ are available which day. The only downside is it doesn't tell you how many of the FP+ are left nor does it tell you the times for when the FP+ is available.

so i am going next week too and switched my epcot (now wed 10/28) and ak (now sun 10/25 pm) days due to crowd predictions on easywdw. which, by the way, are WAY different from the touringplans ones... and it looks like the touring plans ones have been way off lately due to vastly underestimating the crowds. The FPs for that were not a bad switch, but for MK i'm sure it's different. we're also not doing too many headliners since DS is too short.

i have MK on monday, which i know is going to be slammed, but i don't want to give up my ADR lol
