Switched to Vero Beach

I have decided to change from Hilton Head for our trip in October to Vero Beach! With the beach reburb going on there at Hilton Head I just thought, well let's try Vero Beach.

Are bike rentals as useful at Vero Beach as they are at Hilton Head?

Is there anywhere other than Disney to rent umbrellas and chairs?

Not sure of anyplace else to rent umbrellas and chairs. I didn't think Disney prices were too out of line. A lot of folks just buy cheap beach chairs and umbrellas at Wal Mart or Target.
