Switch Plate Super Store - ever hear of them?

Looking to see if anyone has ever ordered anything from Switch Plate Super Store located on Monitor St. in Dallas, Texas. I'm interested in buying unfinished switch/cover plates from them, but would like to get some feedback.

If you have - were you satisfied? Do you have a promo code?

I would be very cautious using switch plate super store. I just ordered 3 different plates from them. First they all came separately, taking a minimum of one week for the first one. One of them (a quail) looked super cheesy when I got it and the color was way off. They also don't make it easy to send them back. I sent them back to the address on the return address label since there was no shipping label or anything in the box. One of the addresses were different than the others. When I followed up with an email, they said they were all supposed to go back to a Texas office. So far I have not received any kind of refund, although I've emailed them 3 separate times about it. I will never use them again.

I just got 10 switch plates from them. I am totally satisfied. When I get home I'll take some pictures for you to see. They are cute. Lol they have geekoos on them. No problem with my order.
I didn't have any promo codes so they were a bit pricey.
