switch from lillian vernon to hotwire

Has anybody successfully made a switch from connections via lillian vernon, to connections via hotwire savings club? Hotwire has gift cards to more stores that I would buy from, that would be great for xmas gifts. I have heard of people not being able to re enroll in a monthly program after cancelling, and thats what im afraid of, if we decide to go back to disney this comming year.
