Swirly glue mickey head shirt

Hey guys!

A few years ago I printed off a template for a swirly mickey head. I put it inside the shirt and traced it with Elmer's glue. Then I used fabric spray paint over it. I'm pretty sure I got the template from here. I could free hand it but I would feel better with a template. My kids have outgrown their shirts and I need to make more but now I can't find the template. Anyone know what I'm talking about?

you can always do an internet search (swirl mickey head) and find several choices....

I've been googling for days and couldn't find anything. I even used the search tool for the Dis boards and could find people talking about it but couldn't find the template.
