Swimming Pools in the resort

We will be staying at NY hotel on december, from 6th to 12th, but the swimming pool of NY will be closed until 8th.

Can guest of one hotel use the swimming pool of any other hotel? Newport Bay Club it's really close, and pool it's even better than the one in NYH

Guests of Disney hotels cannot use the pools of other hotels. Maybe they have made special arrangements so that you can access another pool

This is the answer:

Blinking insurance!!! It never used to be a problem, we had the use of the Newport Bay pool during a couple of Sequoia Lodge visits.
