We will be at Disney in three weeks.. our first trip. We are staying at Pop. Will it still be warm enough to swim? I know it's Florida and it's pretty much warm all the time but how's the water temp?
Thanks!!

HI! I will be there in two weeks and asked my mother-in-law the same question. She lives in St. Pete. I said, "so are we going to be able to swim at WDW and your house when we get there in a couple two or three weeks?" She said, "Definately! Unless some unforeseen weather thing happens, we are always swimming here in October!" WOOHOO!!! :thumbsup2TWO WEEKS FROM TODAY! I think I'm as excited about all this as my DD5 is! My DH thinks I'm crazy, especially because I'm already darn near packed! :rotfl: Have fun!:goodvibes

I swam from October 30- Nov. 15th / 06 while vacationing in Florida. The day and some night temps were in the 80's. I live in Canada and we swim in lower temperatures!

We went in Oct a few years ago and swam. We swim all the time on our Nov trips so I'm sure you can swim in Oct. We plan to! Our trip is less than 2 weeks away!! The resort pools are heated and pretty warm.

yes, you should still be able to swim. The weather in October is still very warm here (usually around 80 degrees at least). Though you may end up covered in love bugs or stuck in a quick Florida downpour!
