Hello everyone!!!!

This may be a dumb question 🤣 I know that the pool has a sand bottom, after swimming are you covered in sand?

We usually always swim before getting on the plane but if we'll be sandy that won't work

Thank you in advance!

There are a couple different pools at BC. The one has a sandy bottom, but it's wet, compact sand. You won't be covered with sand! They also have a lazy river side that's deeper without a sand bottom. And then there's the 'beach' side with sand all around the outside of the pool (MANY kids tend to be enjoying the sand when we're there!) - you might want to avoid that side prior to leaving!

Wonderful, thank you so much!

Also there are indoor showers outside the pool area near the gym I believe (sorry we last stayed at BC in 2017 so little fuzzy on the location). My wife and I always take late flights out of Orlando to enjoy a pool day and usually buy those little containers of body wash and shampoo from Target before our trip and will shower in there and have a change of cloths so we're not smelling like sweat and chlorine on the plane. Usually use one of our plastic Disney shopping bags to put all of our wet cloths in to keep in my backpack on the plane. Enjoy your trip!

You can also use the quiet pool at the back of BCV, it's a normal pool with tiled bottom. There are no showers here though only toilets.
You would have to use the showers outside the gym as mentioned above.
