Swim Time in Southwest Splendors?

I know one does not go to the Grand Canyon to see the swiming pools,
but my children want to know if the hotels have pools and is there any time to swim. After all it is hot in the Southwest in the Summer.

Both the Amara in Sedona & the Red Cliffs Lodge in Moab have swimming pools. I seem to remember the one at the Amara was small. We didn't go to the Thunderbird, so I can't comment on that one. I'm sure someone else will answer that.

Hi, my husband and I went on this trip in July. The hotel in Sedona and Moab have pools and we went swimming several times during the trip. The pool in sedona is nice but rather small. The pool at the red cliffs lodge is awesome. There is no pool at the hotel at the Grand Canyon.

Yes! the hotel you stay at done the road from Grand Canyon does have a pool! Enjoy!

Sharkbyte, Southwest Splendors does not stay at the Grand Hotel in Tusayan any more. They now stay at the Thunderbird Lodge at the Rim of the Grand Canyon. I'm pretty sure the Thunderbird does not have a pool. It's pretty basic. But I hear the views are to die for!
