Are toddlers allowed in the pools with swim diapers?

No swim diapers are allowed in the pools per US health regulations. But they do have one "ear" of the Mickey pool that is a fountain play area for those in swim diapers. They do watch, too-- we saw a CM direct a dad and child in swim diapers away from the Mickey pool and towards the ear play area.
