Swapping Magic Bands?

Say you have two children in your party who are tall enough to ride Tower of Terror, for example, but most likely will not be brave enough to do it. If they each have a Fast Pass for the ride, could two other people in the party wear their Magic Band and go on the ride in their place?

Or is the system smart enough when checking in for the ride that the Cast member will know an adult is trying to use a 6 year old's Magic Band?

Not trying to cheat the system, just wondering if this type of flexibility is allowed.

It shouldn't matter if you swap bands to use fastpasses.

The only thing that come's up on the cast member's screen is a first name and whether or not the Mickey lit up green (good to go) or blue (fastpass not working, not right time window, etc.). Most of the time the cast members don't even to check the screen as long as the Mickeys are lighting up green.

We did this during our trip in May. My DH and DS were too chicken to ride TOT, so our two daughters swapped out bands with them and rode with no problem.

Do you think there would be any issue letting one of my kids use my Magic Bands for the FP ? I really don't care if I ride most rides, and my kids love them.

We swapped bands constantly for FP in the parks depending on who wanted to ride what and who was tired, etc. They don't care at all, as long as the Mickey turns green when you scan it.

The only thing the MB was specific for was park entry. In fact the one day my mom didn't feel like doing any rides so after entering the park, DS8 wore her band on one arm and his on the other and rode everything twice that we had FP for.
