Swapping cabins?

Two questions for the experts here...

1. Can you swap names on cabins without any issue? I know you can sleep where you want but can you officially change switch names on a reservation?

2. After the PIF date, can you change names on a reservation? If you can't go, can you give the cabin to someone else?
