Swan to Animal Kingdom, car, ride share or bus?

We are staying at the Swan December 13-20 (We’ve stayed there numerous times). On that Monday, want to get to Animal Kingdom at least an hour before the posted opening. We’ll have a rental car and am wondering what is the best way to get there that early? Does the parking lot open early? Can Uber/Lyft drop us off that early? With Mears taking over the bus route, not sure when they start picking up guests.

The parking lot opens 45 minutes before park opens. Uber/Lyft won't be able to get in before the lot opens. Not sure about the bus pickup times.

Some days may be even worse. We were in the car line near the Animal Kingdom toll booths on 12-OCT and the booths did not open until 7:35 for an 8am park opening. It did not take long to get into the park and we went to Expedition Everest first where there were only a handful of guests.
