swan room location question

Has anyone stayed in a swan room faceing (closer) to the grotto pool/playgound? We are two families of four requesting connecting rooms. Children ages 4,5,7,8. We think being closer to the pool will be more beneficial than a great veiw. Does the swan have gound floor rooms with a patio? If so, is it as nice as staying on a higher floor?
Also, are the corner rooms all kings or are there queen/queen corner rooms?
We leave in 14 days! Any tip would be appreciated. However, we will have a great time in any room I'm sure of it.
 
No, I do not think the Swan has any patio rooms, where the slider opens up on the ground floor. I may be mistaken on that, but I am almost sure. I will find out for you. Many of the end rooms at the Swan are Studio rooms, and are more expensive.

I do not think that being higher up will make to much of an difference unless you want tot get a better view. The higher up the more you see. I could see the TOT and some of Fantasmic from my room on the pool side of the Swan, but I was up on the 9th floor.
