Swan ressie ???

In March of this year I booked the 2 rooms at the Swan for Jan '03 using the gov't rate online. My confirmation says the deposit was charged on 3/31. (also says this if I check the starwood website). I just checked my credit card statements all the way back to March and don't see where I have been billed for the deposit. Should I be concerned? Anyone else have this happen?
 
So, you do see the reservation online? If so, I wouldn't be worried - if you have a confirmed reservation that means you have rooms. Maybe they credited you the amount to the reservation, but actually forgot to charge the card?
 
I have had MAJOR problems with the Swan/Dolphin over the past 24 hours and I would make sure. I called in my deposit, still checking my cc bills, but they cancelled my reservation saying I didn't pay the deposit. I just found out yesterday after making the reservations in early March and we were set to leave in three weeks. I have done some major scrambling over the past 24 hours to relocate our family so that we would not have to cancel our trip. I would call them because after reading your post, I have come to realize that they must be having some problems.
