I want to stay at the Swan prior to my cruise. Do they participate in Magical Express? And will Disney transfers to the port pick me up there?

Sorry, but the Swan and Dolphin do not participate in Magical Express.

Definitely no DME service. You will have to arrange and pay for other transportation from MCO to the Swan.

I'm pretty sure that there are no DCL transfers from the Swan either, but someone else may know for sure. Regardless, DCL transfers aren't free and depending on how many people are in your party may or may not even be the most economical option. At $35 per person each way, DCL transfers for four are about the same cost as a round trip in a town car.

They used to do DCL transfers from there. So you might call and ask. (Have you seen the VGF pricing? You can take limos to the hotel and port and probably still save money staying at the Swan LOL)
