I didn't ask about a Fl Res rate, but you can get the AP rate with the FL Res Annual Seasonal Pass (the cheapest AP)!

Yes, they do have FL resident rates. I just saw it in the Palm Beach Post last week for $99. I wish I still had the paper so I could give you the specifics.
