My Family and I are headed to WDW in July for an event. Because the event is being held at the Swan and Dolphin, we were given no choice about where we stay (if we don't stay at the Swan & Dolphin, we have to pay $100 per person per day to attend the event!!). Neither of these hotels would have been my first choice - can anyone set my mind at ease a bit about staying there (I know I shouldn't whine, they are lovely, just not my style). Thanks for any help!

The pools and pool area were great fun for all of us. The poolside restaurant was child friendly, clean and modern. The busses to the parks were super easy and the kiddies liked the boats even more than the parks (well, not quite). Plenty of places to eat on property and the staff was so accommodating. I didn't even mind doing some laundry while there
